The average enrolment ratio is 26.8% with a standard deviation of 24.0%. The highest ratio is 89.9% (Republic of Korea) while the lowest one is 0.0% (Somalia).

This figure shows how many people are enrolled third level education, such as universities, compared to the theoratical school age group (the five-year age group following on from secondary-school leaving age). Therefore this figure can also be more than 100%.
